At Evolution Tans, we take your glow seriously — and your satisfaction even more so. Our goal is always to give you flawless, streak-free, chef’s kiss results. While we stand behind our artists and services, we understand sometimes things don’t go to plan.
This policy outlines our approach to service issues, re-dos, and what to do if you’re not 100% happy with your tan.
✨ SERVICE GUARANTEE + RE-DOS
If something seems off with your tan — and it’s clear it was due to application error on our end — we’ve got you. We’ll gladly offer a complimentary re-do as long as:
You notify us within 24 hours of your appointment
You return within 48 hours so we can assess and correct the tan
There’s visible evidence that supports your claim (photos or in-person inspection)
We’re not here to argue — if we missed the mark, we’ll make it right. 💯
📋 PREP & AFTERCARE MATTER
To get the best results, it’s crucial that you follow our pre-tan prep and post-tan care instructions. If your results were compromised due to:
Lack of proper exfoliation or shaving
Wearing lotion, oils, or deodorant before your session
Getting wet, sweating, or wearing tight clothing too soon after
…we won’t be able to offer a refund or re-do, since those factors are out of our hands. But if you're unsure what went wrong, reach out — we’re happy to chat and troubleshoot with you.
💸 REFUNDS FOR SERVICES
We do not offer refunds for completed services, even if you're unhappy with the outcome, unless we determine there was a clear fault on our end and we’re unable to fix it via a re-do.
We’re always willing to work with you — all we ask is that you follow the prep and care instructions we provide to give your tan the best chance to shine.

Absolutely loved by tan. This was my second time coming to evolution tans - 1st time for my bachelorette trip, 2nd time for my bridal shower, and have my 3rd appointment booked for my wedding this weekend. Each tan lasted longer than any other tan I’ve gotten. I got so many compliments! 10/10 recommend!

Haylee did an incredible job on my tan! She is so thorough and patient in making sure every nook and cranny is even. It looks so natural, and people are shocked when I say it’s a spray tan because it looks that good. Definitely recommend getting the hydration boost too; my tan has never lasted so long!

10/10 recommend! I got a spray tan by Natalie a few days before my wedding (I haven’t had one in about 12 years) and she did absolutely AMAZING! She answered all my questions and my tan wasn’t splotchy or too dark!
I also got the oil and the body wash which smelled amazing!

Definitely recommend going to evolution tans and seeing Haylee!! She made me feel really comfortable by walking me through the whole process! ... Now lets talk color.. it was PERFECT! She mixed two different colors to get my perfect color and it was not orange at all! Go visit Haylee, you seriously won’t be disappointed!!I also got the oil and the body wash which smelled amazing!

I was in from out of town and needed to get a little glow before my baby shower in The Woodlands. Natalie was so easy to deal with and answered all of my questions - she even was patient when I unavoidably was late. I left dry, with no smell and the perfect glow and great aftercare instructions. I highly recommend her and her salon. Thank you for making me feel comfy and confident, even at 6 months pregnant.
